How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Account → Delete account. Your profile, meetups, messages and photos are removed right away. You can also email us and we will delete everything within 30 days.
How do I report or block someone?
Tap the ⋯ menu on a person's profile or on a meetup and choose Report. You can block the person in the same step — their meetups and messages disappear from your app immediately.
Why does Spontly ask for my location?
To show meetups near you and place them on the map. You can refuse: the app still works and simply shows meetups in your city instead of around your exact position.
Is Spontly free?
Yes, the app is free. An organiser may ask participants to share the cost of a paid meetup — that money goes directly between you and the organiser. Spontly does not process payments and takes no commission.
I'm not getting notifications
Check iOS Settings → Spontly → Notifications, then the toggles in the app under Profile → Notifications. Note that iOS does not show a banner while the app is open in the foreground.
