    Child Safety Standards

    Effective date: October 19, 2026

    These standards apply to the Spontly mobile app (“Spontly: Meet Today” on Google Play, developer Azimutstudio) and to spontly.eu. Spontly has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

    1. What is prohibited

    Child sexual abuse and exploitation of any kind is strictly prohibited on Spontly. This includes, without limitation:

    • creating, uploading, sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
    • grooming — contacting or befriending a minor with the intent of sexual abuse or exploitation;
    • sexualising minors in any form, including text, images, drawings or AI-generated content;
    • sextortion, trafficking or any other exploitation of children;
    • arranging or attempting to arrange a meeting with a minor for sexual purposes.

    2. Spontly is for adults only

    Spontly is not intended for children. Every user must confirm they are at least 18 years old when creating a profile, and the app does not let anyone younger continue. Accounts that appear to belong to a minor are suspended and removed.

    3. How we prevent abuse

    • Photos are checked on the device before upload; sexually explicit images are blocked and never published.
    • Repeated attempts to upload prohibited images automatically freeze the account until a moderator reviews it.
    • Reports are reviewed by our moderation team; reports concerning child safety are handled with the highest priority.

    4. How to report

    In the app, tap Report on a profile, meetup, chat message, photo or story. You can also Block any user at any time.

    You can also write to us at [email protected] — including if you do not have an account. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police (112 in the EU) first.

    5. What we do when we learn about CSAE

    • We remove the content as soon as we become aware of it.
    • We permanently ban the accounts involved.
    • We preserve the relevant data as required by law and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the competent authorities, including the Police of the Czech Republic.
    • We cooperate with law enforcement requests.

    6. Compliance with the law

    Spontly complies with applicable child safety laws, including the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union.

    7. Child safety contact

    Our designated point of contact for child safety and CSAM prevention is [email protected]. This contact is able to discuss our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.
